Larry Update

Thought I would update the news on Cousin Larry. He has had some good days and not so good (not bad, but not as good as others, I guess). He has regained some of his memory and retains it to a greater degree than before. He has started therapy and is grumbling about wanting to go home ( a good sign). He was doing fairly well and then his confusion and orientation got a little scrambled again so they are hoping more rest and continued therapy will help that. I am hoping to go down in another week or two and see if Geri will let me spell her a little bit to give her a break. The boys are staying at the hospital again each night while she goes home. The doctors said it would be a long, slow, frustrating process and unfortunately, it sounds like they are right.
