'BOUT TIME!

I haven't blogged in forever and decided it was about time! My last blog didn't have any pictures cuz living in Montana where we do, I don't have great internet speed so it takes FOREVER to download the pixs. This morning I have other things to do so I can walk away from the computer while they are downloading! These pictures are of our recent vacation to see all our kids.......I can't believe I don't have pictures of all that we did....Tanya did a better job of picture taking. I take my camera and then forget to take pixs! I have promised myself to be better at all of this blogging thing!

This past week I has been busy helping Joan (x step mother) pack to leave Montana. Her move here last August has not worked out and we are now in the process of helping her to get back to Tucson. Jeff and I have become professional movers! I did one unusual thing.....she is a huge Obama fan so when he came to Missoula she was able to get tickets and we went to the rally. Pretty fun actually. I have never participated in the political process other than voting and having an opinion so it was interesting to watch people so passionate about their cause. I took a picture at the rally, but it is on my phone and I STILL don't know how to download from my phone. Oh well.....

We had General Conference last week-end for our church......it was wonderful! For book club this month we are each selecting our favorite conference talk and sharing our thoughts about it. I'm going to have a hard time deciding. There were so many talks that just hit home for me this time.....that have caused me to evaluate and look at myself, my testimony, my progress....,etc. Had some great conversation at Seminary about some of the talks.....right now we have four young men getting ready to go on their missions and about 8 will go in another year.....Exciting to see them jazzed up and enjoying hearing the new Prophet speak. Anyway, it was an uplifting conference.

Sound like we might be getting new chapel!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wow.....we don't know any of the particulars yet, but the buzz is out. Actually the Stake Presidency came one week and took a bunch of pictures and then went to Salt Lake for meetings about it so we will see.............Florence or Lolo?

OK So I will blog the pictures now, and YES I had to steal a picture of Hope cuz I didn't take any! What kind of Nana am I????!!!! I promise to be better about taking them!
